This is a full-time hybrid role located in Waukesha, WI. As a trusted engineer on our team, you will be responsible for designing material handling & storage systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create designs, managing projects, conducting research and development (R&D), and working on-site in Waukesha, WI, with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Project Management skills
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in metal manufacturing is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
