Our job is to make you more successful. Just as every successful OEM has their market niche, and every job shop has their key contract line(s), we also stay in our lane and focus on what we have studied, developed, tested, and proven for years. By maintaining a 1:1 say-to-do ratio, we have humbly built a very robust portfolio of happy customers. We hope to add your company to our growing family.

So, what can you expect from us? Here’s a baseline agenda:

1. Listen. Listen

We need to understand your challenges, your needs, and your goals. Our basic products and solutions have peaked your interest in some way, and our best starting point is listening to how we may be able to help.

2. Assess. Assess

We need to understand your challenges, your needs, and your goals. Our basic products and solutions have peaked your interest in some way, and our best starting point is listening to how we may be able to help.

3. Demonstrate Demonstrate

Utilizing the assessment, we have a strong representation of your “before shop” and “after shop” as it relates to your operations. The assessment becomes your tool to be shared internally with all project stakeholders. Both visually and numerically, the assessment develops an ROI , rather than just a gut feeling.

4. Build. Build

During the physical build, a LEAN Project Manager will keep you updated on the progress and help you plan your new footprint and material flow in advance of delivery. We are also happy to work with your material handlers to ensure the new processes are ready for immediate implementation upon delivery.

5. Sustain. Sustain

When we had originally listened to you, we addressed your most immediate opportunity. Now, taking the momentum and confidence from the success of our Phase 1 project with you, we aim to continue being your partner in improvement; we would be honored to continue being a resource on your path to success. Thank you!

In our manufacturing and metal fabrication experience, we needed ways to free up our own floor space, coordinate work flow and improve efficiency as we began our lean manufacturing initiative. But we couldn’t find the products we needed. Fortunately, we’re a creative group with long relationships with many local metal manufacturing facilities. Soon, we prototyped, tested and produced products that helped propel us on our “lean” journey. So many customers asked us about them, that we created Lean Manufacturing Products, Inc. to offer these solutions.
